Inbjudan
Arrangörer är VAGS (Västerås Amatörgeologiska Sällskap) och Stenklubben Kolbäcksdalens i samarbete. Intresserade inbjudes att deltaga som utställare vid Sten- och Smyckemässan i Westinghouse Arena, Kungsängsgatan 8, Västerås. Det är en idrottshall med god belysning. För utställare är lokalen öppen fredag kväll 17–21.30, lördag från 7.30 till kl. 19 och söndag från 9 till 19. Nattetid är lokalen larmad.

Mäss-Litofilen
Litofilen är VAGS' medlemsblad och inför mässan ges den ut till medlemmar samt utställare. Mässlitofilen är i format A5 och innehåller bland annat en katalog över utställare och är således en länk mellan utställarna och besökarna. Manusstopp är 24 augusti.

Anmälan
Bordsbeställning sker direkt på VAGS websida www.vags.org/showapplication.shtml .

Betala bordsavgiften till Plusgiro: 27 05 13-5 (i Sverige)

OBS Banken har upphört med kontanthantering varför vi enbart godtar förskottsbetalning till plusgirokontot.
Avgiften är 800:- per bord för båda dagarna. För medlemmars mineralbord (reducerad avgift för 1 bord) är avgiften 300:-.

Show Guide (under the name Mäss-Litofilen)
The catalogue in format A5 is the link between the exhibitors and the visitors. It is important that exhibitors will present their business in a comprehensive manner with the business name, address, phone number, email address and website address. Describe your selection of goods as efficiently as possible. The visitors can prepare their visit, but also use it during the show and even afterwards. Any web site URLs are also published as practical QR-code! This edition presents all exhibitors that have paid the table fee. NOTE ! manuscript dead line is August the 24^th.

Application
You can fill out an application form on the web page www.vags.org/showapplication.shtml .

Payment
Tables will be reserved when we receive your Application. You will get an e-mail answer confirmation of our reception of the application. The table fee must be paid no later than the 24 th of August. Please mark your payment with the name used by the exhibitor together with “2025VAGS”.

NB Our bank has ceased cash money handling so we can't agree to cash payment at the show.
The table fee is 800 SEK (for two days). Members mineral table fee is 300:- (reduced fee only for one table)
